1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of corydee.com and any services, products, or content provided by Cory Dee, including but not limited to coaching programs, digital downloads, online courses, and community platforms such as Skool.

2. Eligibility

To use this site or purchase services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By purchasing or enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, branding, graphics, and program resources provided by Cory Dee remain the intellectual property of Cory Dee. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or repurpose this content without express written permission.

4. Payment & Billing

Payments for coaching programs, digital products, or subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content delivery and coaching, full refunds are not always available once a purchase is made or access is granted.

• Digital Programs & Resources: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• 1:1 Coaching Services: If sessions remain unused, Cory Dee will review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.

• Subscription Services: Monthly or recurring charges may be canceled anytime prior to renewal, but are not refundable once billed.

6. Scheduling & Rescheduling

For 1:1 coaching sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited at Cory Dee’s discretion. Ongoing support or access to platforms like Skool may be paused or revoked for non-payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cory Dee does not guarantee specific results from coaching, templates, or programs. You are responsible for your own implementation and outcomes. Under no circumstances will Cory Dee be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation.

8. Termination

Cory Dee reserves the right to terminate access to any service, course, or platform if a user violates these terms, engages in harmful behavior, or defaults on payments. No refunds will be granted in such cases.

9. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how your personal data is collected, stored, and used. We take your privacy seriously and comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and international best practices.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
